Job Description :

- The role would be a combination of Talent Acquisition, Hr operations and Compliance.

- Candidates with 10 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- The role would be combination of FTE, Lateral as well as Leadership hiring.

- Stakeholder / Vendor Management Experience.

- Candidates from Startup/ E commerce Industry would be preferred.

Skill Required:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong capabilities in problem structuring, work planning, analysis, and verbal and written

communication skills

- Proactive and Self-starter

- Self-starter with ability to work in an isolated manner with remote supervision

- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

- Ability to work in a multicultural, multi geography environment.
