Job Profile :
- Act as the face of HR, People Development and enhance the culture code for the company
- Generalist HR with experience across the gamut of HR functions - Talent acquisition, HR operations, training and development, employee life cycle management, organization culture development and change management
- Responsible for planning and implementing Talent Management and Engagement initiatives with a specific agenda to drive the culture for the organization
- Coordinate with the Business heads and Functional heads in the recruitment process including the on-boarding, orientation and defining KPIs for various roles.
- Build relationships with recruiters, draft briefs, set up interviews where necessary and interview senior hires as mandated by the business
- Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary
- Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant
- Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues - management of staff, remuneration etc
- Work with our Global HR team for developing customized and general training needs and developing cross market exchange programs
- Run a successful Intern and Management Trainee program
Candidate Profile :
- Eight plus years of generalist HR experience
- Creative and Empathetic. Positive and Enthusiastic attitude
- Good operations and execution skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
