General Manager - Human Resource & Industrial Relation - Manufcturing

- Leader in Raffia (PP/Woven fabric) Industry, with manufacturing in 14 locations (majorly in Udaipur with 3 locations in Gujarat).

- Responsible for the complete group's HR and IR functions

- The person will be located in the Head Office in Udaipur and will look after the HR and IR functions of all factory location

- A significant portion of the manpower is provided by contractors

- The candidate must have suitable qualifications for the job, have at least

- Experience to 20 years' in a similar size of the organization.

- Experience in both HR and IR is very important.

- IR Control, Grievance handling & Employee union management

- Statutory compliances and returns related to Labour Laws

- Liaison with Govt. authorities like Labour dept. DF, Local authority, Police department etc.

- Monitoring Skill: Register of Regulation (ROR)

- HR Budgeting & Manpower Planning

- PMS activities like Control Points, BSC, KRAs, My DM Chart, and Review.

- Managerial Skill for Attendance control and Salary & Wage management

- IR & labour union Management experience mandatory.
