- Statutory compliances and returns related to Labour Laws

- Liaison with Govt. authorities like Labour dept. DF, Local authority, Police department etc.

- Monitoring Skill: Register of Regulation (ROR)

- HR Budgeting & Manpower Planning

- PMS activities like Control Points, BSC, KRAs, My DM Chart, and Review.

- Managerial Skill for Attendance control and Salary & Wage management.

- Strong Community mobilization skill for CSR

Note :

Education - LLB + Master

Age - 40 to 50 Years

IR & labour union Management experience mandatory.

Current designation should be AGM/DGM/GM
