Job Description  - To lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration functions in the Organization & build a high-performance culture aligned with organizations strategy.  - Develop and implement HR systems in line with organizations framework in the area of performance management, compensation, organization development, succession planning and employee relations, long-term wage settlements, welfare and statutory compliances etc.  - Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations in the Company.  - Work closely with the Senior Leadership to develop business continuity plans, by developing contingency mechanisms around competency availability, people and policies.  - Oversee the implementation of consistent human resource management policies across the organization.  This position reports into the Director - HR (Japanese expat) who reports into the CMD   Desired Profile  - GM- Human Resources: The candidate must have 20 -30 years of experience with a strong IR background should be in a leadership role in predominantly Industrial Relations handling large workforce (approx. 5000).  - From manufacturing (Heavy / Industrial Engineering) setups with close interactions with the trade unions and must have managed wage settlements.   - Should have fluency in Telugu for ease of communication with the labour workforce. (Both Spoken and written)
