We are hiring a General Manager, HR with responsibilities to drive Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM). The job description is detailed below along with the skills required for this role.
Job Description:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process and onboard candidates in line with agreed SLA
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation of employees and nurture a positive working environment
5. Create and facilitate processes that specifically coach managers on people skills
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program to retain high potential and critical resources
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
Desired Profile:
a. Experience: 10 to 12 years in TA & TM in BPO sector (Non-Voice)
b. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
c. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
d. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
e. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
f. Education: MBA in Human Resources
g. Linguistic requirement : Read, Write, Speak - Kannada
