Looking for a GM, HR to oversee HR activities of a leading FMCG company based in Delhi NCR.
Report to - CFO & CHRO
Responsibilities :
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety across roles and levels
- Directing the strategic framework for training and development, performance evaluation, staffing, induction, talent planning, employee relations etc.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the growth agenda and be responsible for recruitment and hiring requirements across levels including junior levels
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Qualifications/Requirements :
- 10-15 years- of experience in HR
- PG/MBA - HR from a reputable institute
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR best practices in the industry
- Ability and willingness to work with junior level talent
