Major Job Responsibilities:

Human Resource:

- Provide leadership and support in functional areas of human resources

- Corporate policy formulation, Devising benefits & Compensation Strategies, Monitoring Employee welfare, Work with the corporate compliance to ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of HR.

- Creating forums for empowerment & involvement of employees, Monitoring Human Resource audit, Monitoring recruitment, training and development activities.

- Setting direction for HR strategic deliverables in support of the plant current business need.

- Initiative and Project translating directly into White Collar productivity

- Owning Wage & Benefits analysis, proposal, implementation

- Support and drive organizational change efforts and collaborate with leadership to ensure successful change management approaches through effective planning and analysis, communication of initiative, and full leadership support and employee involvement.

General Administration:

Functional expertise:

- Broadly experienced human resources professional.

- A generalist who is proactive in conceiving, initiating and executing human resources programs relevant to the organization's culture.

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment, Monitoring general administration of Plant Area,

- Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required

- Responsible for Site Morale/Cultural Sensing - survey, tools, execution, analysis, and action

- Owning the Management Training & Development Program to include curriculum, delivery and feedback

- Security: - responsible for overall security and smooth movement of IN/Out material in the plant premises.

People management:

- Monitoring Grievance handling, Streamline & Innovate HR policies which motivate people, Devising involvement & retention schemes

- Performance Management System & Employee Engagement, R&R

Role Specific Skills/Competencies required for the job:

- Negotiating & Analytical

- Should be Balanced, Presentable & Organized.

Qualification: Grad + MBA

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or business related field and consistently demonstrated experience in leadership oriented HR function.

- Strong positive employee relations, problem solving, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical capabilities

- Strong IT Skills and MS Office suite

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.

- Flexibility in location
