Key Accountabilities :
Drive improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation / Predictive Analytics etc.) to attain process excellence.
Embrace change and drive training on Six-Sigma to help develop Quality DNA within the Human Resources.
Ability to engage with large Global team and imbibe the approach of quality to them Directly responsible for Quality Assurance in Shared Services Key Areas to focus
Talent Acquisition: Ability to program manage large project involving over 15,000 plus hires in a year and enable process standardization, Digital Adoption.
Retention : Constantly support the BU HR leaders with Analytics and suggestions and program development to enable retention in a sustainable manner
To create and enable quality framework for all the Centre's of Excellence To help create and run projects for Global HR Teams and enable closure
Job Responsibilities:
Drive Six-Sigma and Lean projects
Drive QMS within the HR Team.
Contribute and present in client/customer reviews/meetings
Adhere to compliance to quality standards
Do goal setting with the team and ensure effective and measurable reviews and feedback mechanisms (MRC, Operations Review, Dashboards, BQC)
Initiate best practice sharing across the team
Drive people development by aligning to the quality DNA program
Drive culture of data-based decision making
