One of the Largest Business Conglomerate is looking out for a General Manager - HR for one of its Manufacturing businesses.
- The ideal incumbent should be a MBA in HR from a reputed institute with at least 15 years of experience, majority of which needs to be in the Corporate HR for Large Manufacturing organisation.
- The person would be working closely with the HR Head in developing HR strategy and presentations to the Top Management.
- The individual should have a through understanding of the manufacturing sector, analytical bent of mind and should have excellent presentation skills.
- The person should have worked on organisational effectiveness and other HR strategic areas.
- The position would report to the HR Head for the business.
