Profile Description: - Postgraduate in Business, HR or the equivalent discipline from reputed institutions with a minimum of 12+ years of overall experience in HR/HR Support, with at least 5+ years of experience in managing HR Shared Services/HR Operations (including payroll, compensation & benefits, employee lifecycle management etc.) in a GIC/GSS setup - Strong exposure to an SAP environment, Global Payroll management products/platforms with demonstrated experience in custom integration, process improvement, automation etc. - Experience in managing digitization projects for HR and good exposure to technology, automation etc. Looking at DIVERISITY only.
