1. Must have handled entire life cycle of HR Operations for off location (field) employees & contract labour
2. Manpower Budget:-Co-ordinate for Annual Manpower Budget exercise. Complete end to end activities with respect to annual Manpower Budget exercise.
3. Involves a strategic support role for all ER activities at multi locational offices across the country
4. Must have exposure to Employee relations, Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance's
5. Analyzes Current HR systems and deal with integration issues with IT.
6. Keeps Internal periodic quality checks on current HR Systems to monitor/track the quality of datain put by HRSPO Cand quality of end results out of system.
7. Monitors and liaises with Compliance consultant and Finance department for all issues related to statutory payouts.
8. Supervises and monitors Statutory and Internal Audit processes by coordinating data/ documents required by Auditors and providing them with satisfactory answer to ensure clear and factual picture of HR processes is provided to Audit Committee.
9. Liaison with Government & Labour authorities
10. Monitors Head Count (fixed as well as variable) vs. cost each month for each cost center and prepare report. Provide Statistical support for various HR initiatives and strategies

Education & Experience Qualifications
Educational Qualifications (Include additional certificate required,if any) Necessary:
Post Graduate in HR / IR from a premier institute (Full Time)
Relevant Experience (Type of roles &duration which an individual should have done in his/her prior experience Necessary:
- 15-20 years in a HR Operations in the aviation sector
- Strong Knowledge of Labor Laws, Contract Labour & Shop Establishment Laws
Desirable:
- Experience in IR, Managing Unions & Dispute Management
Language Proficiency Necessary:
- English & Hindi
