We are looking for a senior level person in HR BP for a Consumer durable organization based at Mumbai.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Leading the HR partnering with the business on matters related to engagement, culture, and HR practices

- Ownership for leadership succession (and continuity) for NW India

- Lead the NW engagement with HO HR

- Rollout of HR practices, policies, and guidelines across NW

- Ensuring HR service delivery and engagement across NW

- To lead engagement with the CoE (TA, Learning, ER, Compliance and HR Ops) across NW as well as HO HR

- Ownership for driving employee engagement initiatives like - connects with the leader-, - HR at your desk-, - know your leaders, etc.

- Ownership for driving retention, internal movements, rewards, and recognition, etc.
