General Manager - HR - FMCG/Food/Beverage

This position call for a Highly seasoned approach to HR initiatives covering wide gamut of role responsibilities as enumerated below:

- Formulate Total HR Strategy and effectively implement the Operational process for maximum efficiency.

- Identify and recruit desired talents and build quality professional team.

- Devise and implement excellent PMS Process and monitor excellence.

- Formulate and impart Training & Development programmes for continuous Improvements.

- Overall monitoring of Cost reduction with effective People management and administration.

- Looking for a highly proven track record holder in HR Process and initiatives having an MBA and LLB preferable.
