General Manager - HR Business Partner - Telecom/IT

Position based with an upcoming unicorn having presence Globally.

The HRBP shall work and partner with the team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for workforce.

Job Role :

- As an HR Business Partner for the Technology Organisation, you will join our Technology HR team. Along with several colleagues you will be responsible for a specific area of Technology Platforms. You will also play an important role in driving the company's Technology People Strategy and Transformation deliverables.

- Responsible for the end to end life cycle management and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc.

- Implement the HR strategy and build work plans using standard methodologies to promote business goals

- Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people related strategy and execution

- Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles

Desired Skills :

- Education: MBA in HR

- 8-10 years relevant work experience in HR

- Excellent communication skills.
