Designation: GM
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Identification & Sourcing :
- Identify and create ready pool of talent to fill up vacancies reducing the turnaround time for retail staff
- Partner with stakeholders to drive manning & hiring for existing and new openings
Onboarding & Induction:
- Creation of induction plan and ensuring quality induction for new hires
- Lead New Hire Feedback and action planning
- Evaluate new hire performance
Employee Retention:
- Create employee retention strategies
- Proactively address employee grievances and issues
- Partner with operations team to drive employee motivation & productivity
Talent Management:
- Creation & management of internal progression programs for career progression
- Identification of talent and succession planning
- Leading role transitions & career movements
- Leading performance management for corporate and retail employees
- Managing internal HR communication
- Work with COE's to manage transactions related to employee life cycle - hire to retire & adherence to HR SOP's
Campus Engagement:
- End to end execution of internship program - hiring, on boarding and evaluation
- Planning, driving, and executing campus hiring plan for hiring of front end roles based on requirement.
Employee Experience:
- Lead employee engagement programs for the corporate and retail staff
- Drive Rewards & Recognition and employee experience programs
- Adherence to engagement budget
- Administering engagement surveys to gather employee feedback
- Executing interventions for the retail teams - out bounds/experiential learning workshops etc.
- Lead the employee wellness agenda
Education & Experience Required:
- Min 10 years of experience, either in HRBP / Employee Life Cycle Mgt. / TM
- Post-graduation degree in HR
