Location - PUNE

Experience - 10 - 16 years

Qualification - MBA from Tier or premium institute

Job Description:

- Must have experience as HRBP for Insurance/BFSI Line of Business.

- Must have experience in cost management / P&L etc

- Must be from KPO / BPO / ITES firm.

- International experience is a must

- Must be able to identify any business problems and must be able to provide the solution for the same.

- Ready to work in PUNE

- Must be ready to work in morning shifts - must report by 6 am to 8 am.

- Hands-on experience managing the Insurance line of business as HRBP - HR Lead

- Strong Business Acumen, understanding of Business Metrix, and strong Client Interfacing skills.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
