- Must have experience as HRBP for Insurance Line of Business.
- Must be from KPO/BPO/ITES Firm.
- Ready to work in PUNE
- Must be able to identify any business problems and must be able to provide solution for the same.
- Hands on experience managing Insurance line of business as HRBP - HR Lead.
- Strong Business Acumen, understanding of Business Metrix, and strong Client interfacing skills.
- Looking the candidates ONLY FROM ANY BPO or KPO Firm.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
