Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Accountable for delivery of HR operations, employee experience, industrial relations and employee relations for Own Manufacturing facilities in the cluster. - Additionally, this role will be the HR business partner for deploying corporate initiatives and executing the manufacturing strategy at the cluster. - He/she will be the go to person for Unit HR Leads and build and sustain positive energy in the Cluster HR Teams - As the lead of ER and IR within the cluster, this role will be responsible for smooth industrial relations by developing and deploying IR / ER strategy. - This role will be responsible for labour law compliance and controls for the cluster. - As HRBP, the role will also lead all engagement / talent / learning initiatives
