They are a Tech platform that brings Home Loan Customer, Real Estate Developers &amp; Brokers, DSAs and Banks on single platform for end to end digital processing of Home Loans. They are looking to hire a smart General Manager - Sales for their organization. The position takes charge of all Sales and Operations activities and reports to the Head of Sales The incumbent will be responsible for : - Responsible for business through Sales Channel and Call Centre which will include Acquisition of new Developer &amp; Broker Tie-Ups - Leading sales team and managing P&amp;L - (S)he will have a team of Sales Managers/ Team leaders and work closely with the Management to drive business objectives across cities (of operations). - Manage end-to-end of the business goal including annual operating plans, developing channels and driving productivity - Recruit and develop sales organization, performance matrix and KPIs for the team To qualify for this position you should : - MBA from premier institutions - Have 6+years of experience in Sales in BFSI domain - Have experience as Senior Management/ Leadership in sales i.e. National Sales / Regional Sales head in BFSI, Fintech Industry - Have a strategic approach to business with strong problem-solving skills, with entrepreneurial mindset and result orientation - Must have good experience in working in Private Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, Payments or Fintech Aggregator Startups - Have excellent experience in Managing Sales &amp; Operations across Regions - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment - Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate Please Note : - We manage profiles in strict confidence as per the governing policies of our organization. - We will not be able to share the name of the organization till we have internally shortlisted your profile. - Budgets for this position are around 35-40 Lakhs per annum Vipul Agarwal Zend Consulting Services
