GM - Virtual Merchandising Head for renowned retail brand
- Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy that elevates the Hamleys brand in India.
- Create appealing and eye-catching displays that optimize the customer experience at every point on the shopper journey (as per brand planograms).
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotional displays.
- Identify key messages and visual guidelines for every campaign across the annual marketing calendar (product launches, seasonal campaigns etc)
- Ensure all work is aligned with global guidelines and standards.
- Create, develop, and present design concepts with assistant merchandisers.
- Act in alignment to the Hamleys brand values, culture, products, and target market.
- Monitor costs and work within set budget.
- Oversee the production of materials and briefing of store staff
- Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends.
