Job Description:
1. Conceptualizes HR strategy in alignment with business strategy.
2. Finalizes the HR budget for the year by estimating the cost of resources and investment requirements
3. Plans the staffing strategy, leads manpower planning and ensures recruitment of required personnel for the organization
4. Talent Acquisition/Talent Management, on boarding
5. Drive Performance Management System, defining KRAs Midterm/Final reviews
6. Identifies focus areas for training after reviewing year end appraisals and discussions with functional heads. Ensures administration of training modules and also coordinates with external agencies for administering the same.
7. Manages all aspects of reward and recognition necessary to reinforce and communicate important messages about performance and organization's vision and values
8. Tracks employee engagement year on year, draws action plans post survey analysis and ensures implementation of the same
9. Design and implement HR policies
10. Represent HR in audits
11. Active participation in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management

a) Functional Skills: Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Training & Developments, HR Policies formation and implementation, PMS
b) Behavioral Skills: Team player, Effective Communication, Convincing power.
Knowledge:
- HR Policies, PMS
- Knowledge of SAP HR Module would be an added advantage
- Qualification and Experience: MBA in Human Resources with work experience of more than 15 years in managing the HR functions of an organization at a leadership level.
- Experience in conceptualization, design & implementation of HR initiatives and programs
