General Manager/Head - Operations - Market Research Firm

We are looking for a Operations Head for a Market Research firm (Vendor side) in Bangalore providing Customer Satisfaction Surveys for leading clients in B2B space.

Looking for candidates with 12-15 years of Market research experience in leading research teams / handled initiatives to research skills, operations and P&L exposure is important

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

- Drive research / serviced clients.

- Experience in client management, team management,

- Participate in client acquisition / support sales managers in getting clients and retaining them in the annual exercises

- Manage an engagement end to end conceptualization, design of research, project management, analysis, report, presentation

- Client management

- Billing and finance

- Creating new opportunities in existing clients

- Mentoring teams and providing business domain knowledge

- P&L responsibility of the operations

Skills :

- Effective communication skills both oral and written

- Customer Satisfaction surveys and the models

- Market research skills (stats, research techniques, operations)

- Self motivated / Deadline oriented

- Strong Team builder able to lead and motivate both groups and individuals

- Creative and Strategic thinking

- Strong project management skills

Educational background : Bachelors and an MBA+
