REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: MBA Marketing from reputed Tier 2 management schools
Experience: 12-14 years.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Develop, implement and build marketing objectives and strategies.
- Ability to do cost effective marketing planning.
- People Management.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- To identify emerging marketing strategies and tests their effectiveness and reports on their result to create and sustain the brand vision and mission.
- To oversee the planning and implementing of new admission related marketing strategy, creation of the admissions budget, and appropriate admissions and marketing materials, mailings and publications.
- To initiate and lead activities intended to interest of prospective parents in schools: press releases on events, oversight of the web site, and day to day contact with the news media.
- To oversee and guide school level programs and ceremonies.
- To plan, organize and implement receptions and reunions and other special events both at the school and throughout the country.
- To create networking opportunity and support admissions team at individual schools to raise visibility of independent schools and to work on specific school-based marketing issues.
- To publish the alumni magazines and other alumni publications.
- To oversee the network of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in the admissions program.
- Be a role model and demonstrate commitment to vision, mission and values when facing the Team and external stakeholders.
