Highlight risks and mitigation strategy. Contract Management: 1. Manage contracts and litigations to have minimum adverse exposure of the company. 2. Vetting and finalization of contracts from a legal standpoint. 3. Help Sales and BD teams to effectively prepare and negotiate contracts. Compliances : 1. Ensure that all compliance on the project are in place and update the list from time to time to avoid any later dealy on the projects. 2. Interpretation of law and company liability wrt real estate. Litigations: 1. Identifying external legal consultants, interacting and progress check on the cases. 2. Strategizing with consultants for best course of action. 3. Tracking progress and closures - Interacting with external authorities- Govts Organizations, Regulatory bodies etc. - Developing and updating Legal and Compliance Framework. - MIS dashboard relating to Legal and Compliance. - Team Management.
