General Manager/Head - Human Resources - Auto

We have been engaged by one of our clients which is an auto-component providing cutting edge plastic technology solutions and caters to multiple Fortune 500 clients in the Automotive, Lighting & Electrical Sectors through their world class manufacturing plants across India.

We are looking for a General Manager Human Resources to be based in Delhi reporting to the CEO.

- The GM HR will be primarily responsible for establishing various HR systems and Processes in the organization and heading and managing the entire gamut of Human Resources from Organization Development, Competency Mapping and development, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Budgeting, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Compensation and benefits, and other HR operations for the organization.

- The company is currently at revenues of INR 200 Crores and growing at 30% YoY and are expecting to double the turnover to INR 400 Crores plant in next 4 years.
