It's a wellness company, similar to VLCC, Kaya Skin Care and others. - Name of this company is 'Elemage Wellness'. Currently, we are looking for an HR Head for this start up. Max salary on offer is: 40 LPA. 20 yrs experience required in Wellness and/or Pharma companies. - You'll be reporting into CEO. Will help CEO in creating and executing HR Strategy for the company. - Collaboration with Key Leaders of the company for smooth HR Processes. - Define the HR strategy for the Company in line with the business objectives; create both long and short-term HR Roadmaps, to achieve the strategy. - You will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions. You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services for India operations, e.g. Recruitment - Talent Acquisition (all roles), Compensation, People Management, and L&amp;D. - You will be handling a team of 50+ people. Total manpower to handle: 2500+ - You will be taking care of PAN-India operations. - You will act as a Change Agent. Requirements: - Experience of 20+ years in reputed Indian and MNC companies FMCG Companies. And should have handled 1500+ employees as HR Head. - The person should have handled not only payroll management, but Employee Lifecycle Management across multiple sites/branches/plants) of large-scale setups across Manufacturing, Logistics, Marketing &amp; Sales and other functions. - PG from Top Tier B-School - You should be HR head for minimum 5 years.
