General Manager/Head - Human Resource - Entertainment Services

Client Profile :

- Our client is a large, leading service organisation - leaders in their field of entertainment. They have a headcount of over 1500# and are located in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai.

GM / Head-HR :

Reporting to the CEO and responsible for all Strategic & Operational HR, Personnel & Admin. Will lead a team of professionals.

Candidate Profile : MBAs aged 40-45 with 15-25 years strong experience in in Strategic & Operational HR & IR preferably in Service industries with headcount between 500 & 2000.

- Professionals with strong experience in HR in manufacturing organisations can also be considered.

- Candidates with lower experience can be considered for Manager-HR position.
