General Manager/Head - Finance - Polymer & Chemical Distribution Firm

Our client is one of the leading global group of companies that operates in the polymer and chemical distribution.

Mainly looking for GM-Finance.

Experience : 8+ Years.

- Responsible for the company's financial performance including profitability, risk management, working capital management and statutory compliance with specific focus on

- Credit Control and receivables management

- Foreign currency risk management

- Reducing financial costs

- The GM-Finance will play a pivotal role in strategic and business decisions, be responsible for formulating annual business plans and support business to achieve top-line, bottom-line and working capital targets

On a regular basis the GM-Finance will be responsible to:

- Design, develop and implement company policies and internal controls for smooth functioning of the company's business

- Statutory compliance

- Compliance to company policies and processes

- Effective execution of the company's strategic and annual plans

- Lead, mentor, develop and manage a team of professionals to ensure that the accounts and finance department functions at the highest standard of efficiency and accuracy
