Job Description :

The position holder (based in a major metro in India) will be part of the core Corporate Finance + Accounts team and report to the CFO.

Role :

- The position will have ownership of all accounting processes and support business.

- Will be involved in the formulation of policies and guidelines, managing all statutory reporting (internal and external), internal control, tracking regulatory changes.

- Will implement financial policies and guidelines alongwith necessary systems and procedures.

- Will provide required analysis and information to Board on a Quarterly basis.

- Will oversee statutory audit process on a Quarterly / Annual basis. Provide key support in all areas of Working Capital Management (Stock, Debtors, Creditors, etc. Will lead a team of professionals

Candidate Profile :

- CAs with 10 - 15 years experience in highly reputed organisations.

- Must be currently handling Accounts at the National levels and leading a team.

- Must have excellent skills in accounting, accounts finalisation and consolidation, be familiar with Companies Act 2013 and Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements of SEBI.

- Have strong exposure to Accounting Standards (IndAS is a must, knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP preferred).

- Knowledge of treasury operations and commercial best practices.

- Understanding of reporting systems / platforms.

- Experience with SAP is desirable
