General Manager - Growth - Startup

- Looking for candidates with intellectual firepower, energy, and leadership values and be keen to make a significant impact In and on a fast- paced start-up.

- The ideal candidate would have 5 or more of brand-building experience through digital marketing space in developing and deploying brand marketing and innovation activities with leading high-growth organization

- 10+ years of experience in high-growth organizations.

- 5+ years of experience in leading operations in a B2C/E-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Partner with the Head of the Growth and leadership team to deliver on business strategy & growth potential

2. Ensure all stakeholders (internal & external) have an exceptional experience when engaging with internal team and driving significant ROI through LTV.

3. Deliver on hyper-growth user acquisition

4. Building compelling brand equity with both healthcare professionals and healthcare enterprises. 5. Be the custodian for the Companie's brand and drive the equity

6. Own, develop and deploy an innovation and communications roadmap that will drive consumer acquisition, engagement,, and equity.

7. You will be responsible for a significant share of our P&L with a strong focus on optimizing costs, improving productivity, and positively impacting profitability.

8. Deliver on revenue targets (co-owned with the head of growth) In addition to these deliverables,, the role will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO, Head of Growth,, and the other functions to impact the trajectory and performance of the business.
