Objectives of the Job :

Responsible for managing start to end of the project which starts from procuring the assignment to ensure successful execution of the same. Is also accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Proactively and strategically initiate contact with newly discovered potentials in the areas of institutional sales, corporate sales, Central Government & State Government.

2. Should have existing contacts and liasoning skills with Government sector.

3. Should be excellent in presentation skills (PPT, Excel etc) and should carry expertise in making compelling proposals.

4. Expertise in project handling, crafting the proposals, negotiates commercials, agreement terms and closing the deal. Adapt in making presentations to clients, organizing site visits, preparing and submitting price proposals to clients.

5. Ability to redesign and introduce newer product mix or solutions to meet different or changed requirements

6. Ability to get repeated business from existing customers. Provide commercial, marketing and strategic support and become the commercial liaison and provide necessary assistance on escalated or urgent issues.

7. Develop processes for Business Development and marketing in consultation of reporting authority. Comfortable in preparing M.I.S. and Other Sales Reports.

8. Plan and implement lead generation program through various means and developing new contacts.

9. Work constantly to acquire new Clients, retain as well as expand the scope of existing clients.

10. Coordinating, executing and promoting Networking with external and internal clients.

11. Planning manoeuvres, assigning duties and communicating effectively with other staff.

12. Monitoring the welfare and progress of new recruits

13. Ability to communicate concisely and clearly to subordinates and superiors alike, both orally and in written work

14. Excellent leadership, teamwork, determination, self-motivation and discipline.
