General Manager Government Liaison - Real Estate

- The GM Liaison will be responsible for managing the liaison and approval process with various government bodies, including the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA). The candidate should have extensive knowledge about the approval process, RERA approvals, and should be well-versed in the latest regulations and compliance requirements.

- The ideal candidate should be able to network effectively with government officials and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals. The candidate should have a proven track record of obtaining government approvals for real estate projects, including fire NOC, water NOC, and other necessary permits.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents

- Prepare and submit applications for various approvals, including RERA approvals, fire NOC, water NOC, and other necessary permits

- Follow up with government officials and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approval of applications

- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and compliance requirements related to real estate projects

- Liaise with external consultants and legal teams to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master degree in related field with 15+ years of experience in obtaining government approvals for real estate projects in Pune

- Excellent networking skills with government officials and regulatory bodies

- Strong understanding of the approval process, including RERA approvals, fire NOC, water NOC, and other necessary permits

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
