General Manager - Gold Metal Leasing

- Finding and meeting clients to develop new metal leasing products

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Evaluate creditworthiness of clients by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and payment histories.

- Determine credit limits and payment terms for clients based on risk assessment.

- Monitor credit exposure and take appropriate actions to mitigate risk.

- Manage collections and work with clients to resolve any outstanding issues.

- Help refine and ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

- Experience in metal leasing in a bank. Apart from that also experience in a tech startup or precious metal industry

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment in a self-motivated manner

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
