Distribution Expansion & Optimization :
- Identifying target markets, channel partners, distribution models
- Streamline & ensure proper implementation of Distributor appointment module (incl. backup)
- Proper compliance to Distributor discontinuation and FFS policy
- Identification and timely action on gaps
- Target setting module
Distribution / Channel Partner Policy :
- Responsible for contract management, KPI management, overall responsible on customer's operation,
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission business process and organizational planning.
- Effective Implementation & Compliance of Co. Policies & Processes.
- Ensure Distributor & Filed team - user training, adherence & compliance of the existing Policies & Processes.
Distributor Financials along with the SBU Finance manager - Financial Health and Operational policy adherence :
- Proper implementation and drive improvement initiatives of all commercial policies including
a) Security Deposit
b) Investment
- Improvement & Replacement of Fin in-disciplined and Fin Stressed parties
- Tracking of Claim Management System to ensure removal of any exceptions
Exceptions Review of Distributor Performance
Managing Sales Support operations
Distributor Engagement :
- Distributor induction and on-going training plan
- Development of distributor manual
- Distributor Reward & Recognition
- Distributor newsletter
In addition to above core roles, this role would also perform the following :
- Drive implementation of all new initiatives related to Distributor management including Portal and other HO related initiatives.
- Drive improvement plans within the division that arises out of structured meetings between Corporate Distribution Operations team and Zonal Field team through the IRM / DRM meetings.
- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency for various distributors
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- To determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Distributor Management - Regular audits/Billing Confirmation / Outstanding Reviews.
- Inventory Management.
- Automation of key business processes.
Supporting :
- Assist CVP in development and implementation of plan for distribution expansion and optimization
- Assist CVP in improving performance of distributor in overall exception, overall low base through ZSM
- Ensure resolution of all pending and escalated distributor complaints issues that are pending by engaging with zonal team members.
