- Appointing new dealers/ distributors basis market need and business requirement
- Preparing, implementing and compiling data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required
- Lead, motivate, and manage the general trade sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance and development.
- New business partners / channels to expand product reach in market and coordinating with dealers & distributors to assist them in product promotion
- Maximizing sales opportunities by establishing alliances, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
- Driving sales revenue, channel expansion, increasing sales growth and working on driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and evaluate market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
