General Manager - General Insurance Operations

- Have extensive experience with of the major market reserving, pricing or capital modelling software packages and the implementation of reserving, pricing or capital models in a practical business environment

- Gain experience with one of the major capital modelling, market reserving, pricing or software packages

- Using expert judgement and model knowledge to manage team members to efficiently and robustly review reserving, pricing or capital models and to remediate errors identified

- Have experience of leading or holding a senior position within an Insurance Pricing team or working in partnership with such a team and holding a deep knowledge of applying and developing pricing strategies

- Have experience of articulating pricing strategies and their commercial and customer impact to senior management

- Have experience of working alongside/with 3rd party insurance providers and able to engage and challenge with their Pricing teams and senior management

- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure client receives optimal service in all respects

- Be a resource during the onboarding of a new insurance client relationship

- Ability to present both quantitative and qualitative benefits of Passive (ETF) investing, delineate iShares unique value proposition

- Play an instrumental role in driving and executing coordinated territory coverage with internal sales partner.
