General Manager - Fund Accounting

- Should be hands-on and through on domain knowledge - Fund Accounting, with good understanding accrual vs cash posting and reconciliations (Cash and Stock) as a key area for his focus

- 18 years of experience in this area working across IBs / Third Parties or other captives

- Able to manage a team of 150 - 200 people across various levels.

- Act as Single point of contact for Reconciliation LOB in BBH.

- have an international exposure for at least 7 years

KRA :

- Act as Single point of contact for Fund accounting LOB with leading global custodian.

- Ensure smooth delivery in confirmation with Agreed SLAs within the parameters of MSA/ SOW

- Focus on customer delight and engagement through regular touch points and governance mechanisms

- Drive a culture of compliance and global regulatory requirements

- Drive transformation initiatives

- Managed P & L independently.

- SPOC for entire Account Delivery

- P & L / Ask challenges / margin targets

- Domain know - Fixed income/equities or Derivatives

- Shift - Flexible to work in night shifts

- Experience in Settlements and Margin management
