The candidate must be from Retail or Educational sector, who are responsible for opening Franchisee.

Candidate must have exposure of opening Franchise which require 40 Lac+ Investment.

Candidate should have good communication skills.

Job Role :

- Franchisee Management and Development.

- Recruiting new franchise partners for time.

- Head Results validation process

- Meeting, Discussing and Negotiating with new partners to set up new franchise.

- Ensuring growth in new markets and geographies.

- Key player in the analysis, development, and implementation of strategic business plans and policies, ensuring organizational growth and targeting maximum profitability

- Architect of the Market Mapping concept, subsequently rolled out across the country.

- Works closely with management teams and contributes to the development and implementation of organizational business development strategies, policies, and market penetration practices
