General Manager - Foods

Looking for GM - Foods with 14-20 years of experience for one of the food retail chain based in Bangalore.

Industry: FMCG, Retail

Key Responsibilities:

1. Builds & Grows the Brand and Retail business in India.

2. Hires, coaches and develops the “Food” team in India in line with the strategy and expansion plans

3. Responsible to manage all functions within organization such as Production, Logistics, Sales, Operation, Business Development and Marketing function

4. Sets right the operation procedures and leads the team to get required certifications & accolades

5. Manage day to day operations and the team in India

6. Responsible for achieving sales Targets and profit targets- both short and long term of Foods business in India
