General Manager- F&B

- Develop and manage budgets for F&B operations, including revenue targets and cost controls.

- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.

- Own the marketing calendar for the F&B function and collaborate with the marketing team to create F&B promotions and campaigns that drive sales across the business units.

- Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed. Set Performance targets for the company to Maximise F&B profitability by increasing revenues and minimizing costs through SOPs and Training

- General Purpose of the position is to maximise net contribution of F&B revenues. GM-F&B is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations This role involves strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

- The General Manager will collaborate with various departments to drive revenue, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain high operational standards.

- Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the overall company goals. Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency

- Responsible for MIS related to F&B, publish weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reports

- Achieve Budgeted SPH , COGS & Strike Rate

- Setup of new Department, ensure proper handover from projects and ensuring operational readiness

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety standards and licensing requirements. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols for both staff and customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing. With key vendors, plan monthly/quarterly meetings to discuss joint business plans
