General Manager - Financial Strategy/Commercial Model/Project Planning - Telecom

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the segment leader (business head) in strategy & planning, tracking the overall performance of the business, reporting variances and identifying the likely causes and proactively building mitigation plans. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing actionable insights that impact the overall direction of the business.

Key Result Areas

- Enable the Segment head to develop the overall business plan & formulate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) target for the segment.

- Support the Segment head in carrying out financial planning and analysis for the service line by providing detailed analysis/dashboards on key value drivers for the business

- Develop meaningful and actionable analysis from the reports, perform trend analysis and forecasts to assist in the planning process.

- Monitor and track performance against targets/KPIs and report any variations against future projections

- Analyse existing market research data (secondary research) and identify key market trends and issues, constituent needs and purchase drivers.

- Draw insights from Analytics reports and share segment wise - key observations, trends & highlights across parameters like ARPU, Usage, MOU & Base Movement

- Interface with leaders and key stakeholders across the group.

MBA/CA with 8-12 years experience in formulation of financial strategy,commercial model & project planning
