Hiring for GM Financial Reporting for Large Business Conglomerate in Mumbai. Must have experience in Financial Reporting 

- Responsible for preparation of Ind AS Financial Statements and Annual / quarterly results for compliance with SEBI listing guidelines and Companies Act, Preparation of preparation of Annual Reports and ensure new changes to annual reports are implemented, Ensure compliance to Related party Transactions with reference to SEBI listing guidelines and Companies Act, M & A - Conceptualise and suggest changes to key structures for acquisition of new business to ensure business strategies for M & A are met, Compliance to RBI Regulations - ODI / APR etc.

Experience : 15 Years - 17 Years. 

Qualification : Chartered Accountant. 

Job Description :

1. Responsible for Standalone and consolidated financial statements every month within 15 days of next month.

2. Quarterly and annual audit of standalone and consolidated financial statements without any major observation. Also ensuring audit of all subsidiaries/ JVs within given timeline.

3. Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements along with disclosures and audit there of

4. Proactive resolution of Audit Issues

5. Preparation and Planning for implementing new Ind AS requirements, reporting requirements

6. Responsible for all audit of all subsidiaries

7. BPC implementation for consolidation. Migration of Ind AS financial statements to SAP Platform.

8. FEMA compliances for ODI investments, ensuring International transfer pricing compliance for loans, guarantees, investments etc, XBRL compliance, quarterly and annual SEBI compliances regarding financials, Annual report, Status update note on performance of various subsidiaries to Board etc

9. Co-ordination for Business Plan of all subsidiaries and consolidation thereof

10. Fair value of investments in Overseas and domestic subsidiaries. Identification of issues, if any and resolution thereof

11. Manage special assignments like Ind-AS implementation, overseas subsidiaries restructuring, Overseas Bond issue etc

12. Implementing audit tools / Digitization of the reports required for audit and accounts review
