GM - Financial Planning PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : - Responsible for assisting Regional Head manage 12 mn sq ft South portfolio effectively - Tracking projects in the region by working closely with Design, Approval, Project, MEP and Procurement teams to ensure quality and timely delivery - Conduct reviews and follow-ups with various functions/ stakeholders - Assist Regional Head drive strategy and business - Tracking and achieving Business Plan JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Multi-faceted role requiring interacting with multiple functional stakeholders (internally) and key external stakeholders on a day to day basis - Follow up on decisions taken by the Regional Head - Perform analysis to assist key decision making - Leading Negotiation and Resolutions - Setting and improving processes
