Position Title : GM - Finance & Treasury

Department / Sub Department : Finance-Treasury and Project Finance, Insurance, Corporate Governance (CG) & Operational capex

Designation : General Manager/Senior Specialist

Location : GOA (WFO)

Budget : 52 LPA

Heading the Project finance and treasury function; to raise, monitor, plan & execute the area of infusion & management of funds through market products including the creation of policies and procedures for Corporate finance and Treasury function. Fulfilment of regulatory requirements, ensuring Corporate Governance, Insurance management for airport & Land infra fund and any new airport project

Accountabilities:

Project Finance:

- Raise funds from domestic and international sources for the company to meet its business objectives of disbursement and growth

- Work on both Debt and Equity side of fund raising initiatives involving SPV aligned to larger sectorial guidelines

- Diversify portfolio of investors in terms of fund raising

- Raising of debt / non-fund facilities for meeting capex requirements including loan & security documentation for this purpose with lenders. Debt Servicing & Compliances as per due dates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders including banks and financial institutions for obtaining optimal costs for short term and long term financial requirements

- Arranging for Short term loans/Bridge loans to cater to short term requirements of funding.

Working Capital Management:

- Accessing the working capital requirements on defined parameters by analyzing requirements of funds through inputs received from other user departments & stakeholders in priority of their disbursement.

- Arranging for the required funds to meet up the requirements by utilizing surplus funds available in the system is the first priority.


- Accessing and control the usage of working capital requirement to the minimum extent to reduce the interest cost burden.

Treasury Management:

Ensure effective treasury management for:

- Planning & arranging of funds for daily requirements through available resources and though redemption of investments without reducing the return on treasury investment.

- Optimum use of Cash credit limits/overdraft facility to ensure lower interest cost on short term borrowings.

Fund Management:

- Ensuring effective investment of funds with a total treasury of around Rs. 250 Crs in market products in adherence to Treasury policy approved by Board of Directors and as amended from time to time.

- Preparation and updation of treasury policy at regular intervals with approval process through Board of Directors to include new products/instruments along with their respective limit of investment with rationale.

- Analyzing Daily availability of funds through receipt collected in Escrow account.

- Investment in Mutual Funds /Fixed deposits as per limits described in treasury policy after analyzing returns on daily basis.

- Effective investment to be made within the framework of TRA waterfall mechanism.

Insurance Management:

- Debt Servicing

- Financial MIS

- Ensure continuous supply of information to both internal and external stakeholders i.e. Banks/Financial institutions, Bond investors, higher management as per decided timelines mentioned in financing documents and SOP's as detailed below:

- Half yearly due diligence report to Banks

- Due diligence report to Security Trustee.

- Insurance details under Mega policies to Banks

- Receivable statement on monthly basis

- ECB-2 Return as per RBI

- FEMA declaration

- UFCE declaration

- Annexure 1 and Annexure 3

- Weekly Fund balances

- Security provided under different facilities

- Monthly debt exposure statement

- Experience of handling team size of 3-4 persons.

Qualification :

- Chartered Accountant

- Good understanding of SAP ERP, Ind AS, Banking and RBI regulations including FEMA guidelines and regular banking procedures.

- At least 4-5 years of core experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, financial analysis, debt servicing & liaising with banks/ financial institutions
