General Manager - Finance - Real Estate/Agri - CA

Role- General Manager - Finance - CA_Indian Setup_Bangalore

Role requires a seasoned CA with 14+ years proven experience in Finance & Account in Indian setup.

The General Manager Finance and Accounts oversees the Finance Function of all Businesses end to end and leads the Statutory Compliances including adherence to Labour Laws at the Group Level.

The General Manager reports directly to the Promoters/Founders.

- Working closely with leadership team on strategic & planning level wrt Finance & Accounts

- Managing the Accounts and Finance functions with focus on revenue growth and profit maximization of the organization.

- Finalization of books of accounts, balance sheet, P&L and providing MIS on time.

- Manage entire Finance control system, preparation of Annual budget and management of cash flow operations.

- Implementation and review of Financial Controls and Policies

- Managing day to day banking operation

- Preparation and analysis of various financial and management reports on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

- Tax management and compliance - structuring of contracts to optimise taxes, filing of periodical returns under direct and indirect tax laws (income tax, GST, etc.).

- Manage audits under various laws, coordinating with consultants, assessments and hearings, monitor compliance with labour laws, Legal Compliance, Arbitration Matters.

- Regular review meetings with Sr. Management.

- Working with external vendors/stakeholders Looking after AP and AR process & tracking the collections.

- Handling team of seasons accounts & finance professionals.
