Job Description

Project Management, Costing and Controller function along with other Accounting functions as mentioned below.

1. Accounting, Audit and Internal control: Expert in leading and directing entire finance and account functions including maintenance, finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statement / consolidated financial statements. Manage audit (statutory and internal) for Company, Profound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard and understanding of International accounting standard and International financial reporting standard (IAS & IFRS), experience in implementation of Internal Financial Control as envisaged by the Companies Act, 2013; Proficient in implementing systems and procedures and exercising effective internal control.

2. Corporate/Business Planning - Excellent understanding of formulating budgets, conducting ageing and revenue analysis, preparing MIS and key reports to exercise financial control and enhancing overall efficiency and budgetary control of the organization. Strategy Formulation, Preparation, Implementation, Controlling and Tracking of various Budgets and Forecasting.

3. Taxation: Manage Tax planning of the company, ensure tax compliance; Completion of direct and Income Tax Assessment, closure of notices issued by tax authorities and other ancillary issues;

4. Working Capital Management: Manage working capital in effective manner and achieve reduction in working capital requirement; reduce accounts receivables; optimised direct and indirect cost.

5. Banking Relations: Preparation of monthly reports /MIS for submission with Bank and managing banking relationship. Hands on experience in preparation of various financial models / presentations for raising funds.

6. MIS: Preparation of monthly MIS for submission before Board, preparation of monthly variances analysis and highlighting key issues and mitigation thereof. Proactively communication to the Board about health of business.
