Our client is a diversified group having interests in manufacture of beverages, distribution, real estate and infrastructure.

Position - GM Finance

- The candidate should have existing Relationships with banks, institutions and other institutional investors.

- Comfortable in making projections ( CMA), stock statements, other bank compliances.

- Should be able to handle our insurance portfolio

- Exposure to debt and equity markets

- Exposure to Agreements

- Comfortable in negotiation with external stakeholders.

- Team player

- MBA/CA

- Reporting to the Director Finance

- Experience of around 15-20 years
