General Manager - Finance (Manufacturing)

Location - Kolkata (HO)

Salary - 15 lacks - 25Lacks.

Qualifications: - Only CA graduate.

Notice Period - Not more than 30 days.

Industry Only from - Manufacturing Background and Experience in large size companies.

Reporting: Reporting to the Managing Director & CMD of the organization.

1. The talent should have a firm knowledge of banking/finance.

2. The talent should be able to handle LC/BGs.

3. Knowledge of BRS.

4. Knowledge of lending rates, terms, financing options.

5. Awareness regarding equities, valuations, lending from NBFCs etc.

6. Be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, government regulators, and outside agencies.

7. Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports related to banking and finance.

8. The talent shall be responsible for ensuring timely vendor payments, overseeing invoicing and billing, overseeing budgets and working in co-ordination with various Govt. Authorities as well as key departments of the organization.

9. The talent should be able to Select and engage consultants, auditors and investors.

10. Represent the organization externally, as necessary, particularly in banking and other financial related matters.

11. Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.

12. Manage insurance coverage for the organization.

13. Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.

14. An analytical mind.

15. Commercial and business awareness.

16. Good communication skills - both written and verbal.

17. Ability to stick to time constraints.

KRA General Manager Finance:

i. Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.

ii. Predicting future financial trends.

iii. Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.

iv. Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

v. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.

vi. Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.

vii. Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.

viii. Analyzing market trends and competitors.
