Job description :
- Forecasting & Budgeting, Management Accounting & MIS
- Drive monthly financial & Quarterly Rolling Forecast Process
- Profitability analysis
- Drive Annual Financial Plan
- Detailed Cost Analysis through strong MIS
- Strong focus on cash flows and treasury function
- Finance & Accounts and Taxation
- Automating various processes, to ensure controlled and timely vendor payments, employee re-imbursements and claims thereby ensuring customer satisfaction with effective internal controls
- Managing finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
- Designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures; supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization as per accounting guidelines.
Controls and Compliance:
- Responsible for establishing and managing finance function in line with business strategy, ensuring adequate financial control and statutory compliances
- Establish prudent financial control to ensure financial discipline.
People Management:
- Lead the commercial/finance team, mentor and manage them effectively. Provide functional direction, guidance and support to employees across the regions /businesses
- Monitor the performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers
- Mentor and develop the finance management team, managing work allocation, training, performance evaluation, and the building of a dynamic and effective team.
- Ensure high level of employee engagement and retention of key performers
- Work well with peers
KEY REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
- A qualified finance Chartered Accountant with 8 to 10 + years' experience in Controllership and business finance role. Proven expertise in acting as business partner in growth and managing scale / complexity.
